While working as a teacher, I always remained a passionate baker to satisfy my sweet tooth. Whenever a friend or family member had a celebration, I worked in the kitchen, eager to serve them cookie sandwiches to put a smile on their face and treat in their mouth. At these events, people always asked me where they could buy my cookie sandwiches, so I decided to pursue my passion. I was committed to curing people's different level of cravings: at times we want just a taste and other times we want to indulge! Since I can eat cookies as a meal, it only made sense to make a cookie for each course. Now, Brookie's Cookies meal plan caters to any size craving!
