Damages, issues and refunds
If your order arrived damaged please take pictures of the shipping box and of the damaged products as soon as you receive them, email the info to brookiescookiesnyc@gmail.com Please include in the email your order number and images. We will follow up immediately! If you can't provide us images of received damaged goods, we will not be able to process any refunds or exchange. It can be quite frustrating when you find out that the delivery address you put on your online order is incorrect. If something is ship to the incorrect address by the sender, unfortunately we cannot refund you for the order once it has been sent out for delivery or shipping. Since most of our products are customized, we recommend you select the delivery date for your order at checkout, up to 3 weeks in advance. If you are ordering treats for a time-sensitive event, we recommend scheduling your delivery to arrive two or more days ahead of your celebration. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time on the day your order is expected, but most deliveries arrive by 7pm.
Refunds and Cancellations
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Since we are a custom bake shop and everything is made to order, we cannot cancel advanced orders within 72 hours of the scheduled pick-up time. If you need to cancel your order, please e-mail Brookiescookiesnyc@gmail.com or contact the bakery 72 hours in advance of the scheduled pick-up time.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
